Uuggh & Holidays should not be shared in the same sentence
Uuggh! My goals for last week - shamefully NOT met: Monday - class (instead went to dinner & ate a sickly sweet dessert!) Tuesday - gymwork (work alright, but not in the gym - was at my desk until late) Wednesday - zilch (zip, nothing!!) Thursday - personal training (yay, a success, but hells bells, my pt works me on those weights hard) Friday - no plan (went shopping, overspent, Subway for dinner) Saturday - kick started the weekend with loads of housework catch up - a workout in itself. Sunday - bike ride (went to the market, then a leisurely bike ride - yay, another achievement).
But woo hoo - I'm now on holidays! I plan to exercise lots and lots, so will publish my new goals shortly. I might even get around to posting more pics too...
I think it's time I also start commenting on other's blogs, now that I've braved it already once or twice.... gulp.... so out of my comfort zone....
